Born and raised in Southern Illinois, I’m proud to bring a piece of my roots into everything we do at Pop’s Premium Coffee. As a self-proclaimed “Daddy’s Girl,” I’ve drawn immense inspiration from my father, whose wisdom, encouragement, and unwavering belief in living without limits have shaped not only my personal journey but also the spirit of our brand. He’s the heart behind Pop’s Premium Coffee—lovingly named in his honor—and the guiding force behind my mission to deliver a coffee experience like no other.
Since launching Pop’s Premium Coffee in 2017, my goal has been simple yet ambitious: to provide the highest-quality coffee delivered with the same care and love that inspired the brand’s beginnings. What started as an online boutique has evolved into so much more. Today, our reach extends beyond our online store, supplying coffee to select retail shops, locally owned restaurants, and even health clubs.
In 2024, we took things to the next level, adding a chic and stylish coffee cart to our offerings, along with bespoke coffee bars and private espresso martini classes. These additions reflect the essence of what Pop’s is all about: curating unique, luxurious experiences that elevate every moment. Whether it’s one of our bougie brews or an espresso martini tailored to your event, we believe coffee should do more than taste good—it should create memories.

When I’m not working to grow Pop’s Premium Coffee, I’m happiest spending time with my husband, Chris, and our two children, Savoya and Milan. We love traveling together, embracing new experiences, and celebrating life’s everyday joys. My passion for health and wellness fuels my competitive edge—whether on the tennis court or in fitness competitions, where I’ve been featured in Natural Bikini Magazine.

Pop’s Premium Coffee is more than a brand—it’s a legacy of love, inspiration, and family. At the heart of everything we do is my father, affectionately known as “Pop” or “Popuccino,” as my kids call him. He’s not only the namesake of the company but also the reason I dared to dream big and make those dreams a reality.
I was always “Daddy’s Girl.” My dad has a unique way of making everyone feel capable of achieving the impossible. His wisdom, encouragement, and relentless optimism have shaped me into the person I am today. Whether it was teaching me to face challenges with grace or inspiring me to aim higher than I thought possible, he instilled in me a belief that no goal is out of reach.
When it came time to launch Pop’s Premium Coffee, there was no question about what to name it. This brand reflects his values—hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Every detail, from sourcing our beans to designing our signature coffee experiences, carries the essence of what Pop taught me: that it’s not just about what you do, but how you make others feel along the way.
One of the greatest lessons my father shared with me is a mantra I carry with me every day:

My dad’s influence goes far beyond his role as a father. He’s a leader, a mentor, and a constant source of joy for everyone who knows him. He’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression, and I’m endlessly grateful for the lessons he’s taught me and the love he’s shown me.
